NomadLead, operated by Akshay Verma, provides exclusively digital services. There are no physical goods sold or shipped through this website.

1. Digital Delivery

All services and deliverables — including reports, website files, ad campaign setups, and strategy documents — are delivered digitally via email, cloud storage (Google Drive / Dropbox), or through client access to relevant platforms.

2. Delivery Timeline

• Project Kickoff: Within 2–3 business days of payment confirmation and receipt of required information from the client.
• Website Development: Timelines communicated individually based on project scope (typically 2–6 weeks).
• SEO & Ads Setup: Initial setup delivered within 5–7 business days of onboarding.
• Monthly Reports: Delivered by the 5th of each month for the preceding month.

3. No Physical Shipment

As a fully digital service provider, NomadLead does not ship any physical products. No courier, logistics, or shipping charges apply to any of our services.

4. Delays

Delivery timelines may be affected by delays in receiving necessary information, access credentials, or approvals from the client. NomadLead is not liable for delivery delays caused by client inaction.

NomadLead provides digital marketing and web development services. As all services are delivered digitally and remotely, our standard payment terms are advance payment via online methods (UPI, bank transfer, or card).

• PayPal (for international clients)

Payment Terms

• 100% advance payment required before work commences for project-based services (websites, one-time audits).
• For monthly retainers: payment due on or before the 1st of each service month.
• Invoices issued via email within 24 hours of payment confirmation.
