Cancellation Policy - Nomadic Lead

Cancellation Policy

This policy outlines the terms under which clients may cancel services with NomadLead, operated by Akshay Verma.

1. Cancellation Notice Period

Clients wishing to cancel an ongoing service must provide a written cancellation notice of at least 15 days prior to the desired cancellation date, sent to Akshay.v@nomadlead.com.

2. How to Cancel

  • Send a cancellation request via email to Akshay.v@nomadlead.com with your name, service name, and invoice reference.
  • Cancellation is confirmed only upon written acknowledgement from NomadLead.
  • Verbal or informal cancellations (e.g., WhatsApp messages) are not binding until confirmed in writing.

3. Cancellation Before Work Begins

If a cancellation request is received before any work has commenced and before any resources have been allocated, a full refund may be considered at our discretion. Please refer to our Refund Policy for details.

4. Cancellation After Work Has Begun

If work has already commenced, no refund will be issued for the current billing cycle. The service will continue until the end of the notice period and then be terminated. Any work completed up to the cancellation effective date remains billable.

5. Retainer & Monthly Services

For monthly retainer engagements, cancellation with 15 days’ notice before the next billing date will prevent the next charge. Cancellations received less than 15 days before the billing date may result in one final billing cycle charge.

6. NomadLead’s Right to Cancel

NomadLead reserves the right to cancel services with immediate effect in cases of non-payment, client misconduct, or breach of the Terms & Conditions. Any amounts due up to the cancellation date remain payable.
