1. No Refund Policy
All sales of digital services are final. Due to the nature of digital services — which involve significant time, strategy, and resource investment from the moment work begins — we do not offer refunds once a service has been initiated or delivered.
2. Service-Based Nature
Services such as Local SEO, Google Business Profile Management, Paid Advertising, and Website Development involve ongoing work that begins immediately upon payment confirmation. These services are non-returnable and non-refundable.
3. Exceptional Circumstances
In cases where NomadLead is unable to commence a service after payment has been received, a full refund will be issued within 7 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer, UPI, or card reversal, as applicable).
4. Refund Duration (If Applicable)
- Refund Processing Time: 5–7 business days from approval.
- Refund Mode: Original payment method (UPI / Bank Transfer / Card Reversal).
5. Dispute Resolution
